Our zero-hallucination architecture: the model only ever sees text retrieved from documents you approved, and every claim links back to its source.
For hard questions, deep research runs multi-pass sweeps over whole collections, at thousands of pages: broad retrieval, gap analysis, focused follow-ups, then one synthesis with full citations and a live trace of every step.
You upload, an admin approves
PDFs organised into collections per team, customer or product family. Only approved material ever reaches the index.
Indexed inside the box
Documents are chunked and embedded on the Blackbox at your premises. Nothing in this phase touches the internet.
Retrieved fresh for every question
The model never answers from its training memory. Every question pulls the most relevant passages at ask-time.
Grounded synthesis
A strict prompt forbids drawing on training data. Every answer carries citations that deep-link into the source PDF, at the page the claim came from.
Cited, or refused
If your material does not support an answer, Index says exactly that instead of guessing. Refusal is a feature, not a failure.
